Our body is a gift from God and gains the blessings of a healthy body, an alert mind, and the guidance. We will be blessed as we care for our body and there’s a physical connection between what the mind is thinking and those parts of the brain that control bodily functions. Emotion is any conscious experience characterized by intense mental activity and a certain degree of pleasure or displeasure.
