1. How much water should you drink everyday?

Human body is about 60% water and you are constantly losing water from your body via sweat and urine. Drinking enough water is critical to prevent dehydration.

There are various opinion on how much water you should drink every day. Common it is believed that you should only drink 8 glass of water, equals to about 2 litres, or half a gallon. its generally called 8×8 rule and its super easy to remember.

However, research has proven you should drink as much water as you can. Drinking more water will help you lose weight, constipation, cancer, kidney stone, acne and skin hydration.
